Well, it all started a couple of months ago when I thought that I wanted a ring or pendant made of gold and with a teal gem. I went through google and quite a number of jewelry stores, but there was nothing that could look like it
I want:
- a round/droplet polished gem, without facettes, just a smooth curvy shininess.
- I want it semi-transparent, not as transparent as topaz but not completely opaque.
- An elegant, thin gold holder-thing for the gem, probbaly not as compex and intricate as I have drawn it, just comehting curvy, delicate and nicely shaped.

But as I could find an existing one, I was frustrated and tried to draw it XD The ring is really random. And the pendant is based both on the shape of the front-piece that Spectre ( [link] ) or m00 ([link] 62358606 )wear and on the shape of the chest piece that Azrael wears ( [link] )
But it could actually be almost anything. I wouldn't mind having several gems on one piece too...

For the moment the closest gem to this I have found is carebean teal quartz, but I stil doubt it would be bright enough. I actually don't mind to have it violet, like amethist if it is polished and looks nice...

I wish I could make it for real 0_0
But I don't think it would look good if made with sculpey

Anyways, it was much fun. I seriously need to learn how to color and shade metal though
