I had no idea where to submit it 0_0
And - No I won't be finishing this pic! I have no idea what to do with it, I lack inspiration, I'm tired, I don;t feel like drawing, I ain;t got any ideas, I'm done >.> So I'm posting it. Blah... yeah screw the background.

This is just a "supposed-to-be-sci-fi" picture that went wrong and crazy. I wanted to try some veru bright lime colors but failed. But there's still something about it that I like, duno what exactly though. :confused:
