DeeKay - Lines

Deekay is a Pirate that was drowned in the ocean, and was turned undead as a merman. He can walk on earth in his human form, but not for long, his hair and legs would turn into water when he approaches the sea.
I'm kinda happy about it since I've always wanted to draw something as watery, and I finally managed to! And no matter how many flaws there can be on that picture, I feel like I did improve since january, when I have first drawn this character: [link]
